ROTATABLE MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE:

It can be rotated 90° to the left and right, and so is also suitable for left-handed and right-handed users. This means the tool is always in the most ergonomically effective position in your hand.
TEARDROP-SHAPED SHRUB CUTTER:
FOR AN OPTIMAL CUTTING RESULT. With the teardrop-shaped shrub cutter, you can achieve optimum results when trimming and shaping your shrubs. The teardrop shape reliably holds stems in the blade so that you can cut precisely. At the same time, the two-sided blades of the shrub cutter ensure high cutting performance.
OPTIMISED SHARPENING ANGLE:
EXCELLENT CUTTING PERFORMANCE. The optimised sharpening angle of 34° gives you improved cutting behaviour and therefore very high cutting performance.
PRUNING SYSTEM:
UNIVERSAL CUTTING SYSTEM FOR HEDGE TRIMMERS. The pruning system enables you to trim and prune with just one hedge trimmer. The single-sided and double-sided cutter blades produce a very clean cut when trimming, while the optimum sharpening angle facilitates high cutting performance. Due to the large tooth spacing, you can also prune your hedge effectively.
BLADE SCABBARD:
FOR SAFE TRANSPORT AND PROTECTED STORAGE. Transport and store your hedge trimmer and shrub shears safely and securely with the tailor-made blade scabbard.
TIP PROTECTOR:
PREVENTS DAMAGE. The tip protector prevents damage to the blades. The tip protector also makes it easier to cut close to the ground or along walls.
TWO HANDED DESIGN:
The tool is easily started by activating both switches on the loop handle and the rear handle at the same time. The cutting speed is continuously variable using the rear control, for a fine and precise cut. The two handed design is suitable for both left and right-handed users.
FUNCTIONAL DESIGN:
The engine housing has smooth surfaces and round contours. This prevents the tool from getting caught on branches. The hedge trimmers are easy to clean.
EC MOTOR:
LOW-MAINTENANCE AND EFFICIENT. Thanks to its compact design, low weight and high efficiency, the EC motor enables you to work in an energy efficient manner. This engine also has a long service life.
TOOL MONITORING WITH THE SMART CONNECTOR:
INTEGRATION INTO STIHL CONNECTED. The tool is compatible with the Smart Connector, meaning it can be integrated into the STIHL connected system. Once you have attached a Smart Connector to the tool, after one-time commissioning it will record the tool’s operating hours and transmit them to the STIHL connected App via Bluetooth. In addition to displaying the operational time, the app also provides an overview of all necessary maintenance, ensuring that you do not overlook important upkeep and that your tool is always in a ready-to-use condition.
