Product Description
The STIHL MH 685 tiller for demanding home gardeners, landscapers and farmers is distinguished by its high build quality in hardened steel and aluminium, which makes it ideal for tough applications and heavy soils. The specially shaped cleaver of the MH 685 tiller cuts rather than chopping as it digs into the soil, which allows it to work very efficiently. You can reduce the working width of the STIHL garden tiller from 85 cm to 60 cm if required, thanks to the dividable hoe set.
The hoes are driven by a powerful OHV engine equipped with an easy-start system. The unit drives the STIHL MH 685 tiller both forwards and backwards, meaning that you can manoeuvre or reset your course with little effort. The adjustable bar provides even more comfort when steering. The STIHL anti-vibration system also reduces strength-draining vibrations in the bar of the garden tiller, protecting your muscles and joints.
As you work, you can use your thumb to adjust the speed freely. The three-way adjustable brake spur keeps the STIHL MH 685 on a straight track as you operate it. For maintenance and care, you can easily move the power tiller into the cleaning position and then move it effortlessly thanks to the foldable transport wheels.
